George C. Chang Chien, D.O. specializes in musculoskeletal medicine and comprehensive pain management. He was trained in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, the #1 Ranked Rehabilitation Hospital in the United States since 1991. After completion of his Physiatry training, he completed fellowship training in comprehensive pain medicine at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic Anesthesiology Institute.
Dr. Chang Chien has authored over 100 manuscripts on a variety of topics including Regenerative Medicine, orthopedics, and advanced interventional procedural medicine. He has active research in regenerative medicine applications for medical aesthetics, pain management, sports-related injuries, and has been a collaborator on multiple multi-center studies.
Dr. Chang Chien speaks regularly throughout the world on Regenerative Medicine. His professional teaching experience includes being a CIPS Examiner for the World Institute of Pain, ABIPP examiner for Regenerative Medicine and Interventional Pain, ultrasound course Director at the Cleveland Clinic, Regenerative Medicine Course Director for American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, and the Society for Pain Practice Management.
Dr. Chang Chien specializes in all aspects of Regenerative Medicine and has distinct expertise in platelet rich plasma (PRP), bone marrow aspiration for stem cells (BMAC), and adipose-derived stem cells (ADSC).
He is the Founder of the GCC Institute, Medical Director for Pain Management at Ventura County Medical Center, and the Director for the Center for Regenerative Medicine at Southern California University. Dr. Calodney earned his medical degree from the University of Missouri School of Medicine and completed a family medicine internship at St Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse, New York. His residency in anesthesiology and subsequent interventional pain management fellowship was completed at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. He subsequently completed a fellowship in pediatric anesthesia at the Denver Children’s Hospital. After spending several years as a faculty member in the Department of Anesthesiology at the UT medical school in Houston, Dr. Calodney moved to East Texas where he has practiced since 1991.
With particular interest in Spine and special interests including Neuromodulation and Intrathecal Drug Delivery, Biological treatment of the painful degenerative disc, Peripheral nerve injury, and Radiofrequency ablation, Dr. Calodney has presented and published many articles and textbook chapters. He is actively involved in clinical research and has delivered over 250 invited lectures in the US and abroad. Dr. Calodney also specializes in treating pain through the use of regenerative medicine and implements these techniques, when applicable, into his practice.

Dr. Sireen Gopal has been triple board certified in the areas of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Pain Medicine, and Neuromuscular Medicine. Dr. Gopal is President and Founder of both New York Spine & Sports Rehabilitation Medicine PC and New York Advanced Surgical Interventions Care PLLC. Both of his clinics provide advanced regenerative medicine therapies with refined techniques and experience.
Dr. Gopal is a specialist in the non-operative management of Spine and Musculoskeletal Disorders. His practice has a novel approach to treating musculoskeletal pain early with multidisciplinary options as needed. He also specializes in interventional pain treatments for several conditions and incorporates regenerative medicine in his private practice when applicable.

Orlando G. Florete, Jr, MD, has received numerous scholarships and awards, among them the Winthrop Stearns Scholarship Award and the Community Service Award from the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Florida College of Medicine. In 2011, Dr. Florete was recognized by the International Association of Anesthesiologists as one of the Leading Physicians of the World.
Dr. Florete is a highly esteemed and frequently invited speaker at both national and international symposia, lecturing on pain management and treatment algorithms.He is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Pain Medicine, the American Academy of Pain Management, American Society of Anesthesiologists, International Anesthesia Research Society, the American Pain Society, the Florida Academy of Pain Management, and others; he is a life member of the Winthrop Stearns Fellows and Scholars Association. Dr. Florete's research has been extensively published, with numerous book chapters and journal articles to his credit, as well as abstracts and teaching materials.
Dr. Florete received his medical degree from the Cebu Institute of Medicine in Cebu City, Philippines.He performed his internship and residency at the University of Philippines College of Medicine as well as a residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Florida College of Medicine. His postgraduate training includes fellowships in cardiology (University of Philippines) and critical care medicine (University of Florida) as well as additional pain management training at the University of Virginia and the University of Kentucky for his board certification.
Tim completed his PhD from UC Davis in Cellular & Development Biology. He has a variety of specialties including cellular allograft technology, research and data analysis of stem cell studies and trials, and Management of regulatory requirements and product development. He is currently serving as the Chief scientific officer for Direct Biologics.
Dr. Atluri is rated by Becker Review as the one of the Top 70 Interventional Pain Physician in US and one of the Top 25 Interventional Pain Physician in Ohio.He is on the Task Force for the State Medical Board of Ohio to prevent Prescription Opioid Abuse. He is on expert witness panel for the State Medical Board of Ohio to prosecute physicians causing the epidemic of prescription opioid abuse. Dr. Atluri is triple board certified in Pain Management. Dr. Joel Baumgartner is a board certified physician with a specialized fellowship in non-surgical orthopedics and sports medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine, and completed his family practice residency at the University of North Dakota. Dr. Baumgartner completed his advanced training in sports medicine with a fellowship in primary care sports medicine at Hennepin County Medical Center. He utilizes the latest in diagnostic and treatment technology to better treat musculoskeletal injury and pain. As an international speaker, he instructs both physicians and those in the medical industry on pain evaluation, diagnosis and the latest treatment options. Dr. Annu Navani is an anesthesiologist in Campbell, California and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including El Camino Hospital and Good Samaritan Hospital-San Jose. She received her medical degree from Medical College and Hospital Kolkata and has been in practice for more than 20 years.
Dr. Donaldson's primary attention is centered on the prevention and treatment of disease and chronic pain disorders through appropriate dietary and lifestyle modifications, nutritional supplementation and various treatment modalities. Robert Kinne, M.D. is double board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine. He earned his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine, after which he completed his residency in PM&R. Following, he completed two fellowships: the first in Interventional Spine and Pain Management and the second in Primary Care Sports Medicine, both with an emphasis on traditional as well as regenerative medicine treatments.
Dr. Kinne has a passion for sports and musculoskeletal medicine, utilizing both fluoroscopy and ultrasound in his daily practice. He has served as a team physician for multiple affiliated minor league hockey and baseball teams as well as NCAA universities. He remains committed to providing both traditional and novel treatment options for his patients and is well versed in many modalities. He has utilized and maintains expertise in various regenerative medicine applications including Platelet Rich Plasma, Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate and Adipose-derived MSCs for treatment of a variety of sports, spine, joint and other musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.
Outside of his clinical practice, he remains active in teaching, having provided lectures and hands-on training in ultrasound, fluoroscopic-guided procedures and regenerative medicine throughout the United States for numerous professional organizations including the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and the Advanced Regenerative Medicine Institute. When not working, he loves spending time with his daughters and wife and serves as the pitching coach for a local high school baseball team.

Dr. Matthew Thorson has an undergraduate degree from the University of North Dakota. He earned his Doctorate in Medicine at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences. After a Transitional Year Residency at the University of North Dakota/Meritcare in Fargo, N.D. he entered his residency in Anesthesiology at the Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE. For more advanced training he transferred to the University of Florida Anesthesiology Residency Program. He then entered the Fellowship program in Pain Medicine at the University of Iowa School of Medicine in Iowa City, IA. Dr. Thorson is board certified in both Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
Garrett has been coaching, managing, and consulting in many different industries in his career. Over the past three years, Garrett’s focus has been leading medical practices in the marketing arena, focuses include social media, email, and automation of the sales and retention process. Garrett is now focused on taking over the helm of Rejuv MedFit as the primary coach and visionary to help other medical practices reach their potential.
Dr. Agnes Stogicza is a board-certified anesthesiologist and pain physician with 15+ years of experience in interventional pain management. She completed her pain fellowship at the University of Washington, where she was on faculty from 2010 to 2017. As a clinician-educator she treated pain patients and taught fluoroscopy and ultrasound guided minimally invasive interventional pain procedures, regional anesthesia techniques and medication management for medically challenging chronic pain patients to pain fellows and residents.

Dr. Matthew Peterson has over 18 years of experience in the field of medicine, including thirteen years as a pain physician. His overall goal is to provide services for patients to decrease pain, increase function, and reduce the need for medications. Dr. Peterson utilizes minimally invasive procedures to diagnose, treat and potentially heal the source of pain. He is highly trained and experienced in the field of Regenerative Medicine and is one of the few physicians in Alaska qualified to use Regenexx Regenerative Medicine procedures.
After receiving his undergraduate degree at the University of British Columbia, Dr. Peterson attended medical school at the University of North Dakota. He then completed his family practice residency at Alaska Family Practice, anesthesia residency at the University of Arizona and interventional pain fellowship at the University of Arizona.
Dr. Peterson is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, and his work has been published in the Postgraduate Medical Journal. He has traveled across the globe in order to teach physicians the latest regenerative medicine techniques and treatments.
In his free time, Dr. Peterson enjoys traveling with his family and spending time at his ranch in British Columbia.
